On  the morning of November 30th, Luke Evuta Mumba, President of University of  Zambia, led a delegation to HNU. Li Dazhi, Vice President of HNU held a welcome  meeting in No. 327 Meeting Room in Office of International Exchange and  Cooperation (OIEC), which was chaired by Li Miao, Vice Director of OIEC.
